Menu Options

Description

Register Computer(s)

Select this option to register new computer(s) for monitoring as per you purchased license

Unregister Computer(s)

Select this option to unregister registered computer(s)

Add Computer(s)

Select this option to add registered computer(s) to viewer for monitoring.

Remove Computer(s)

Select this option to remove computer(s) from the Viewer. The removed computer(s) remain registered with the software and can be added later on to the Viewer.

Send Message

Select this option to send message to monitored computers over network. You can send a message to one or all monitored computers. (view complete process)

Manage Computers

Select this option to manage the monitored computer: lock, restart, shutdown log off, start screen saver and remove wallpaper (view complete process)

Install Agent

Select this option to install agent on computers in domain based LAN with complete administrative rights. You can remotely add agent with this option. (view complete process)

Uninstall Agent

Select this option if you want to un-install agent from the monitored computers and stop the monitoring process of any computer. ( view complete process )

Activate / Add License

Select this option when you decide to purchase Recoveryfix Computer Monitor. (view complete process)

Set Viewer's Monitoring Speed

Select this option to reduce or increase CPU usage consumption of the server (system used for monitoring) by Recoveryfix Computer Monitor

Manage Notification

Select this option to manage the monitoring notification being sent to the computer(s) being monitored.

Exit

Select this option to close Recoveryfix Computer Monitor software

Description

Record User Activity

:

Select this option to record user activities (Online Recording)

Stop Recording

:

Select this option to stop any ongoing recording

Show Recording Info

:

Select this option to view scheduled recording(s) information.

Schedule Offline Recording

:

Select this option to schedule offline recording for monitored user(s) (view complete process)

Lock / Unlock Folder for Offline Recording

:

Select this option to lock or unlock the default folder created on monitored user system to save recordings.

When offline recording is scheduled, a folder gets created on the monitored computer at your defined location. This folder is visible to user but cannot be accessed. To grant access, you need to unlock the folder with Lock/Unlock Folder for Offline Recording option in the software.

If the folder is locked, user cannot view, access or delete this folder till the permission is granted. (view screen shot)

Import Offline Recording

:

Select this option to import offline recordings to server.

Create AVI from Offline Recording

:

Select this option to create an AVI movie file of saved offline recording.
