First Check
1.Server and Client(s) are in same LAN (Domain or Workgroup network)
2.Network Cable and Speed are in good condition (see system requirements)
3.RecoveryfixComputerMonitorAgentSetup.exe has been installed on client computers which
you want to monitor. (see how to install RecoveryfixComputerMonitorAgentSetup.exe)
After these checks have been performed, open Recoveryfix Computer Monitor software on the server computer. Registration is the initial part of Recoveryfix Computer Monitor software. Only after registration you can add any computer for monitoring.
1. Registers Computers for Monitoring (as per your license)
Registration of computers which you want to monitor is necessary. You cannot monitor any un-registered system and it will also not appear in the Add Computer window. (view registration process..)
2. Add Computers for Monitoring
Add computers which you want to monitor after you have registered them. You can only add registered computers. (view process to add computers..)
