Case 1: I am unable to install Recoveryfix Agent Setup remotely on Remote Computers. why?
Answer: Please check the network connections and network speed in you LAN. The possible cause can be the speed of network at your place.
Case 2: I am monitoring 10 computers at the same time, all was fine but after some time Recoveryfix Computer Monitor displays disconnected message on their thumbnail. why?
Answer: This can happen in four cases :
a. Monitored computer is closed
b. Monitored computer is getting restarted
c. Network speed in LAN has decreased or there is some problem in network connectivity
d. You have executed Refresh command for the monitored computer
Case 3: Recoveryfix Computer Monitor is displaying Disconnected message on the monitored computer thumbnail, where as in real that monitored computer is working absolutely fine. why?
Answer: This can happen due to slow network speed or Recoveryfix Computer Monitor is not receiving proper signals from network. Either could be the case, please check your network connections or restart the software.
Case 4: Anti virus installed in my system is blocking Recoveryfix Agent to get installed on Client Computer(s). Is Recoveryfix Agent a spy ware or ad ware?
Answer: Recoveryfix Agent is a monitoring agent, which works invisibly on the monitored computer. It works in background and can be defined as suspicious exe by some anti virus solutions. Do not worry, Recoveryfix Agent exe will not harm your computer, it only performs monitoring operations and nothing else.
In case of Norton Anti virus, following message will be displayed:
Select the Allow Always (recommended) option and click OK.
In case of Windows Firewall:
Click the Unblock button to install the agent.
